However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the collector in mind, offering a straightforward process while protecting the integrity of our high-end action figures and collectibles.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the exclusive nature of these collectibles, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Limited edition figures marked as “Final Sale”
- Any item with broken factory seals or removed authentication stickers
- Personalized or custom-ordered collectibles
- Clearance items marked as “Non-Returnable”
This includes select items from our G.I. Joe Classified Series, Star Wars The Black Series, and other limited-run collectibles.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
Step 1: Contact Our Collector Support
Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the following template to ensure we have all necessary information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all protective materials. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You will receive email notification when:
- Your refund has been processed
- Your exchange item has been shipped
- Or if there are any issues with your return
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Note that:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- International customers: refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion differences
Exchange Information
For approved exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item via your original shipping method
- You will receive tracking information once processed
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, you will receive a refund for the difference
Collector’s Note
We understand the importance of mint-condition collectibles to serious collectors. Our returns team handles all items with the same care as our warehouse staff, wearing gloves when inspecting returned collectibles to preserve their condition. For rare or delicate items, we may request additional photos before approving your return to ensure the item meets our strict quality standards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective collectible:
- Do not open the packaging
- Take clear photos of the damage (including the shipping box if applicable)
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
We will typically send a replacement at no additional cost if inventory allows, or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.
International Returns
For collectors outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take additional time to process through international banking systems
