Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. During peak seasons or special releases, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your collecting needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive collectibles
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+ USD):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
- Best for non-urgent orders
Collector’s Note: International shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control. We recommend Standard Shipping for time-sensitive collectible releases.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their exclusive nature, these collectibles cannot be returned:
- Limited edition figures marked as “Final Sale”
- Items with broken factory seals or removed authentication stickers
- Personalized or custom-ordered collectibles
- Clearance items marked as “Non-Returnable”
- Select items from our G.I. Joe Classified Series and Star Wars The Black Series
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Collector Support

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide:
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all protective materials. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
After we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:
- Your refund has been processed
- Your exchange item has been shipped
- Or if there are any issues with your return
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- International customers: refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion differences
Exchange Information
For approved exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement via your original shipping method
- You’ll receive tracking information once processed
- If the replacement is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the replacement is of lower value, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged collectible:
- Do not open the packaging
- Take clear photos of the damage (including shipping box if applicable)
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
We’ll typically send a replacement at no additional cost if inventory allows, or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.
International Returns
For collectors outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may take additional time through international banking systems
Collector’s Assurance: Our returns team handles all items with collector-grade care, wearing gloves when inspecting returns to preserve condition. For rare items, we may request additional photos before approving your return to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
